Classroom Training

Classroom training is a training conducted by a tutor, supervisor, or suitably qualified person in a training center, conference room, or office. This mode of training requires participants who are active listeners and participate in the learning environment. The learner and the tutor need to be physically present in the classroom.

Benefits of Classroom Training

  • The classroom environment promotes collaboration and builds teamwork.

  • It allows learners to learn in a safe, quiet, clean environment, away from the work area’s noise and pressures.

  • The group setting nature of a classroom teaches participants how to interact with one another in a professional, productive, cooperative way that is not always seen in other learning forms.

  • Training groups can be large or small.

  • Group interaction enhances learning.

Our courses are delivered in a classroom environment only through our approved training centers. Suitably qualified organisations are invited to become an approved center to deliver our courses.
