We understand that some members may have financial difficulties, making it tougher to pay your annual subscription. We provide concessionary rates to unemployed members, disable or unable to work due to sickness, or taking a career break. Please download the concessionary application form below and send it to us at  renewals@ukshe.org.
Members who seek to renew membership are required to do so by 30 March, or your membership will lapse, and your benefits, including access to the member-only area, will cease.

The fastest and most convenient way to pay is by Debit/Credit card. To make a card payment online, click here and log in.

To pay by phone, you can call us on +44 (0)20 7709 4125.

Please quote your full name and membership number as a reference and send a copy of the transfer to finance@ukshe.org so we can ensure your payment is allocated correctly. There are no delays in identifying your payment. When you make an international wire transfer, you must select the “OUR” instruction, which means that you pay all transfer charges.
Please make cheques payable to the ‘SHE Organisation’ and write your name and membership number on the back. Please send cheques to: Membership Renewals  SHE Organisation
Time to raise your professional status If you are currently a Student, Practitioner member, you should consider upgrading your membership to show the level of professional experience you have attained.
As a Student member, you can apply to become a Practitioner member once you have acquired 1-year professional experience (including any time you may have spent working while studying).
Once you have held the Practitioner membership designation for at least 2 years, or have a minimum of 200CPDs in the courses you have completed, you can apply to become a Specialist member. This will allow you to use the designation SSHE to demonstrate your specialist knowledge.

For all of the above, if you have a running membership you will not be required to pay any additional subscription. But you will have to pay the new membership fee when the previous subscription ends.
If you have previously been a SHE member, we’d love to welcome you back. Rejoin now and get the support you need to reach your full career potential. Please send your intention to rejoin by completing this form.
